should be present in all aspects of a project. There should be no distinction

What happens when you cut up an existing home slated to be demolished, and put it back together differently on a new site?

This idea became the basis for proposing an affordable housing strategy on Martha's Vineyard. This is especially relevant if one considers the state of the environement and the rate of material consumption. If we can recycle an entire house, while proposing a means to make it site and program specific, what are the implications for the massive housing stock slated to be demolished?
